We offer two delivery methods:

Shipping Costs
- We offer free shipping on most products.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.
Tracking & Notifications
- Once your order is shipped, we provide a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order directly from our website.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we offer the following solutions:
- Full refund
- Partial refund
- Resending the item
Return & Exchange Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds May Be Granted For:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Refund Policy

Once initiated, the product must be received by us within 30 days. If the product is damaged in any way, or if you have initiated the return after 05 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product wasn’t used or damaged
- Product must include original tags (if applicable)
Refunds Not Accepted If - You change your mind
- Your circumstances change
- You find cheaper products elsewhere.
Aside from these conditions, there are products that can be returned but are not refundable as stated in the following:
- Digital items
- Personalized items
After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account / PayPal or your payment method again.
- Contact your credit card company / PayPal or your payment method company it may take some time for the refund to post.
- Contact your bank / PayPal or your payment method company or there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@handispot.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@handispot.com and send your item to our store (Please contact us after we send it to the address. Because our stores are located in different countries.).
Exchange Policy

If a replacement unit for the requested size or model is no longer available, the customer will be issued a full refund. The refund will not include any delivery charges. Your exchange request will be processed once we receive the items and confirm they meet the required conditions. Each customer is entitled to one exchange per item, provided all conditions in the Exchange Policy are met.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to our store (Please contact us after we send it to the address. Because our stores are located in different countries.).
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- If returning expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Special Conditions
- Bulk Orders & Wholesale Discounts – Discounts or special pricing for business buyers.
- Holiday & Peak Season Delays – Possible delays during high-demand periods.
- Product-Specific Restrictions – Items that require extra processing time.
- Signature Requirement – If some deliveries need a signature for security reasons.
